Rema Malkawi, Microsoft Student Partner along with Jordev speakers launched the first .net Club at Hashemite University. Rema started the launch by introducing the benefits of .net club for the students and the role it will play in each student life in the future. Hashemite University is the fifth state university in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It is located on the outskirts of the city of Zarqa to the east of the capital Amman. The launch included different topics such as the following:
- Introducing .NET Club: Overview, Membership Requirements, Objectives, Mission, Vision – Rema Malkawi
- Jordan Technical Communities Overview – Suliman Al Batat
- Imagine Cup Competition
- Introducing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 Technology – Mohamed Saleh
- Introducing Microsoft ASP.NET 4.0 Technology – Abdullah Abd-Alhaq
